A system within the body is simply a group of organs that work together to carry out a particular function. In my work to help others with their healing process 5 systems commonly show up as having become dysfunctional due to illness and/or trauma. These are the Circulatory, Immune, Nervous, Digestive and Endocrine (Hormonal) Systems. These are The 5 Significant Systems.

The Nervous System: Be True to Yourself

The Immune System: Be Happy in Your Body and in the World
